great article in today's (sunday, july 29) new york times about low fare options from USA to Europe by flying European airlines. Check the article out for names, departure airports and most popular destinations. Can't remember if Dublin was featured, but one of the main stories was about flights into Belfast. Check it out and best of luck.
2 :
call expedia.com to assist you looking for best rates possible.
3 :
check Aerlingus.com they soon will have direct flights from Dublin to Orlando... might be interesting. Flights are October to March only.
4 :
Hey there and good luck,,, Had a quick go on expedia and the lowest fare they show is about $1,200 which was Tampa / Washington/London/Dublin If you do each leg seperately... Tampa to JFK - Delta - $250 return JFK to London Gatwick - Zoom (www.flyzoom.com) $600 London Gatwick to Dublin - Ryanair (www.ryanair.com) $100 You could do it for under $1,000 and spend the rest on Guinness ! However be aware that if you book your flights seperately and one is late the follow on air company does not have to honour your booking. www.flyglobespan.com will go from Orlando to Glasgow where you could pick up www.easyjet.com to go to belfast where you could get a train or bus to dublin cheaply. You will need a credit car to book the car (most will not accept cash) but there are some cheap deals.. Just search the net for car rental dublin. Make sure you ask for an automatic if you are not OK with a stick shift as the stick shift (manual transmission) is the standard model. If you want to eat cheap buy food in supermarkets and prepare yourself. from what I know eating out is more expensive in Ireland than the US in general. I'm not sure what you can do about accommodation though ? You could book self catering apartment/cottage. http://www.irelandathome.com/ How much you pay for all this depends on when you go, however it wil be very wet and grey by the end of October. Good luck..........

About How do I travel from Ocala, Fl to Tampa, Fl using public transportation

How do I travel from Ocala, Fl to Tampa, Fl using public transportation?
I don't show that Ocala, Florida has a train to Tampa, Fl. I want to use public transportation and avoid Greyhound style stops. If anyone can give me an idea of how to reach Tampa with minimal stop would so helpful. I would like to avoid Greyhound because of how long it takes. If anyone knows about private buses straight to Tampa would be the best.

you sould take greyline.com or http://www.gotobus.com/

Afraid this is not one of those times when you can be choosy about it. Go Greyhound. Or catch a ride with a trucker. Or hop a freight train. Or thumb it down I-75. Or hang around Ocala Airport with a really sad look on your face.

About Any good travel books/scrap-booking sites for Orlando and Tampa Bay

Any good travel books/scrap-booking sites for Orlando and Tampa Bay?
I am a 13 year old girl. I will soon be traveling with my family to Orlando, Florida. Are there any good travel books that would not just cover Disney, but also other Orlando attractions and Tampa Bay? Also I enjoy scrap-booking, but am quite bad at it. Are there any good websites about scrap-booking, specifically Orlando scrap-booking?

There is a great book that I looked at last spring when we went to Florida. It's called "Beyond Disney: The Unofficial Guide to Universal SeaWorld & the Best of Central Florida" by Bob Sehlinger. It's really helpful and packed with information on stuff to do and see. Regarding the scrapbooking, don't worry about being bad at it! There's no wrong way to scrap! Here is a website with some ideas of scrapbook pages from a Florida vacation. http://scrapbooking.about.com/od/layouts/ig/Disney-Scrapbook-Pages/ It can give you some ideas. Also try googling "scrapbook ideas" and see what comes up. Have fun!
2 :
You should be able to fin many good travel books about Disney and the Orlando attractions at any public library or at any bookstore. But I have a great location for you to go to right now for scrapbooking supplies. Its online and its called www.scrapyourtrip.com. They have the best travel related scrapbook materials that I hve found on the web or in most stores. One more place to check is the yellow pages when you arrive in Florida. Look under scrapbooking and it that doesn't work, look under craft stores. Also, I found when I was in Disneyland a few years ago, that the shops in Downtown Disney carried some scrapbooking kits and stickers. Hope you have a great trip and bring back some great pictures!

If this is a serious and honest question, you would take the Cardinal to DC and transfer to the Silver Star. The trip might take 2+ days depending on how you time the trains. Greyhound would take you there in less time and for less money.

ull enjoy ur stay if u visit before summer.. december to mid of march... i say decmber coz, ul feel the spirit of christmas.. it's very nice to spend holiday here... january to february, it's not too dry.. end of march to may, (summer time) its too hot, u may get sunburn if you're not used to live in a tropical country... june - september, it's rainy season... not the best months.
2 :
booking a flight as early as possible is the best for you can be guarranteed of the cheapest rate.
3 :
january through april
4 :
I would recommend you book your travel at www.4playtravel.com There you are able to choose the time of the flight, the airline, how many stops(if any) you will have on the flight. In addition, it will allow you to compare prices of various airlines, all on one page. It will list them from the cheapest to the most expensive flights for you. Sorry I can't help you with which month is better. I know that when you are on the opposite side of the equator, the seasons are the opposite. ( i.e. when you are in South America (Chile)in January, it's actually Summer time there. June in Chile is like January here in the United States. Also the closer to the equator a country is, the less number of seasons there are. (ex: rainy and dry seasons, instead of like we have here Fall Winter Spring and Summer) For the best way to travel check out www.greattravelbiz.info Hope this helps you.

Sadly, Florida has no major public transit. To get from Orlando to Tampa General (TGH) you are going to need to travel west on I 4 from Orlando about 80 miles. You could take a cab, but that would be horrible expensive. You could catch a Gray Hound bus in down town Orlando and it would drop you off in Tampa at the down town terminal. From there you could catch a cab in Tampa to TGH (probably only 3 or 4 miles from the terminal). Hope this helps you out.
2 :
Perhaps Gray Hound....but that's it.....you may rent a car.....be the best way. Do you know its a 2 or 3 hour drive...Depending on traffic.
3 :
Rent a car - I 4 all the way, west! 2 hours drive, each way! Greyhound bus , lots of stops...not recommended.

head to a travel agent and book an airline ticket. There should be some good last second seat sales on that they can find you. Or you could take a bus (check the greyhound website for services) Good luck to you and your friend

Bus travel will take forever. Flying might be cheaper than you think from Tampa to Atlanta, so check this out.

sounds funny but look into renting a limo for the night....you can get one on short notice for not a whole lot of money and pay for it "for the night" pay upfront and tell the guy he is free to go once you arrive in georgia......it will be cheaper than trying to get a cab, flight and another cab.....

Not without going through international waters and the Panama Canal, no. You could travel part of the way there on the Intercoastal Waterway but not the entire journey.

No, the intracoastals are only along the coasts. There's no connection in North America from one coast to the other, Here's a master link :http://search.yahoo.com/search;_ylt=A0geusJuXGZLpicAT5tXNyoA?fr2=sg-gac&sado=1&p=intracoastal%20waterway&pqstr=intracoastal%20water%20ways&gprid=nPxTyVpUQiKtpEO9XqK8tA&sac=2&sao=3

Give it 4-5 days. They should have sent it as Priority.

2-3 days please can you go answer my question go to my profile and chek the first question please
3 :
i would say, if you sent it with a good company it should only take a few days
4 :
I'm not an expert but I worked as a social in the P.O. for a while and most of the flats usually only take 3 days...you should receive it by Saturday, but certainly no later than Tuesday..(Monday is a holiday)
5 :
If it's priority or first class it should be no more than 2 - 3 business days.
6 :
depends on how it was sent... express: 1-2 days priority: 2-3 days first class: 3-5 days

Hi, Due to the anticipated increased traffic and security measures associated with the 2009 Presidential Inauguration, pickup and delivery service may be a bit slower. I would look to se it arrive in 4 to 9 days. Also, January 26 is Chinese New Year (a holiday) and will not count (along with Sunday) as a transit time. Hope that helped. Steve http://JamericanImports.com
8 :
I think 3 days.
9 :
3-4 days. The inauguration shouldn't affect postal delivery between FL and GA. Chinese NY is not a US holiday and is over a week away, so it will not affect it either. Perhaps the poster was thinking of MLK day on Mon the 19 which is a federal holiday. I wouldn't be surprised if it arrived today.

Are there any direct business flights? I'm at the University of South Florida, so my travel begins there. I cannot drive, and I do not have anybody to drive me, so I'm asking about buses, planes, or trains. How can I get from 4200 E. There are not any direct flights between the two cities that I could find. I also couldn't find any rail service between the two. Without being able to drive, you are limited to bus travel. There are multiple trips per day on Greyhound. I just ran a search for tomorrow and for the 4 hour and 15 minute trip you will pay $22 one way.

Hartline, the Hillsborough County bus line, is on google maps so you can figure how to to get to the bus station by the county bus line. http://www.google.com/maps?ie=UTF8&dirflg=r&ll=27.939108,-82.460494&spn=0.163428,0.163535

With the price fuel rising every day there is no cheap way. How about a bicycle? All you need is a few bucks and a bike.
2 :
One way fares are about 219.00 on a non stop such as Air Tran. US Air about 168.00 via Charlotte. Budget rent a car about 82.93 for 1 one way rental including tax but not gas. Craigs List - you can post ride wanted. Good luck

Whens a good time to travel to Tampa, Florida for cheap airfare?
I want to travel to Tampa to visit some family. I usually fly out of San Diego, Ca or Long Beach, Ca. I have an open schedule, but on a tight budget. I want to be able to stay at least 2 weeks give or take a couple days. Any advice? Thanks! Thanks CD! Sorry to hear about your parents experience.

It's cheap during hurricane season... mainly June to September. My parents went a couple of years ago, because they found great deals, but they only enjoyed one day... then a hurricane hit and the vacation was ruined. I'm going in a few weeks, because so far, this year there hasn't been any hurricanes... sometimes you just get lucky.
2 :
I've been able to get some cheap airfares to Tampa on Southwest Airlines booking the flight in the fall, travelling in January. Southwest usually has plenty of sales, so be sure to check out their website. Also, the weather in the Tampa Bay area in January is great. Warm, sunny weather and little humidity or bugs. No crowds, either.
3 :
You can get low fares almost any time of year except the holidays, but the fall is usually a very good time to get low fares. Be sure to book several months in advance.
